Chinook Farms to Host Table to FarM DINNER FT. CHEF JASON STONEBURNER

Join SnoValley Tilth at Chinook Farms on August 20th for a delicious and celebratory table-to-farm dinner prepared by Chef Jason Stoneburner.

Jason’s cuisine and his 25-year tenure in some of Seattle’s finer restaurants, including his restaurant Stoneburner in Ballard, has built friendships with farmers, foragers and the fishing community. He is a supporter of SnoValley Tilth in their work to promote more sustainable food systems.

Please join us  for an evening with Chef Jason preparing a hearty and heartfelt locally-grown meal. Guests will arrive to farm-fresh appetizers and drink, then be invited to see parts of the farm and talk with some of SnoValley Tilth’s farmers. The dinner will be a rustic, farm-fresh, delicious meal featuring products locally grown directly at Chinook Farms, along with other local SnoValley Tilth member farms. As the sun starts to dip across the fields and reflect on the mountains, Jason will serve the evening’s dessert to cap off this delectable evening in the field.
