Join Jason Stoneburner and Jason Wilson, two of the Pacific Northwest’s long-time chefs and friends, as they come together to prepare dinner for guests in the beauty of the Methow Valley.
Jason Stoneburner has been cooking in the PNW for over 30 years, and has become known for his handmade pastas, in addition to his deep knowledge & connection to the region’s farmers, foragers, and fishing community. His longtime friend, Chef Jason Wilson has also been vital to the regions culinary scene over the past three decades. Cooking together, the two plan to cook a multi-course menu for guests at the iconic Casia Lodge & Ranch.
