Cascadia Crush: Echolands Winery

A winemaker dinner series highlighting PNW Wines and their stories

Beginning Feb 28th, Stoneburner will be hosting a monthly wine dinner with a few of our favorite producers growing throughout Cascadia. All dinners will be held in our glass house d’jour atop Stoneburner and the Hotel Ballard, the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion. Typically reserved for private events, every so often we hold some of our own.

Please join us in welcoming a stellar list of guest winemakers, their incredible juice, and a perfectly selected menu by Jason Stoneburner. The night begins in our Rooftop Pavilion at 6 pm with passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a generous, coursed, family-style dinner assembled by the winemaker and chef's selections.

Join us in our first of the series with renowned winemaker Doug Frost of Echolands Winery out of the Walla Walla AVA. Doug is a Master of Wine and Master Sommelier as well as an author and wine consultant. Doug is one of three individuals in the world to simultaneously hold the Master of Wine and Master Sommelier titles, achieving his MS in 1991 and MW in 1993. Needless to say, we are honored he is spending time with us to share wine from his newest project, the acclaimed Echolands Winery. Doug will be joining us to share his insights into the art of winemaking and the stories behind each bottle. Tickets are limited.
